A key part of our hikes is educating guests on bear safety and wildlife practices to ensure a safe experience.
You will also learn about the geology, vegetation, and the relationships between the mountains, plants, and animals.

“Tibor took us on trails to explore. The day was sunny while the scenery and mountains were beautiful. We followed the trail along the beach of the lake. Tibor was so kind to point out hazards such as tree roots, loose rocks, etc., and he was on alert for any possible bear encounter. Tibor is very knowledgeable about wildlife, and we learned much from him. He has a big heart for animals. Tibor picked a very nice lakefront spot for a snack. Very scenic! We really enjoyed the chat with him! We had a very relaxing “ Zen” day on the trails, with no worries at all [fear of getting lost]!
